WELCOME
I am Brontie Radgman, RD, MA, CDN
My educational journey took me from Caribbean Union College in Trinidad to studies at the University of Alberta, and Framingham State College before earning my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Loma Linda University. I later completed two Master’s degrees at New York University in Food and Nutrition and Food Service Management.
Throughout my career, I have served in hospitals, long-term care facilities, a comprehensive cancer center, and community health and nutrition programs. I have also worked as a Nutrition Consultant for the New York City Department for the Aging. In addition, I am a Certified Medical Missionary and have conducted numerous cooking classes, nutrition and wellness presentations, sharing practical ways to enjoy healthy, plant-based living.
My Christian faith and my commitment to evidence-based nutrition shape everything I do and inspired me to write Culinary Legacy—a collection of over 100 simple, flavorful plant-based recipes designed to help families enjoy healthier meals while creating lasting traditions around the table.
Whether I’m counseling, teaching, or writing, my mission remains the same: to inspire healthier living—one meal, one family, and one life at a time.
Thank you for visiting Plant-Based Inspirations. I hope you’ll find encouragement, practical resources, and inspiration as you begin or continue your journey toward better health.
