A seasoned nutrition expert and staunch advocate for the transformative power of plant-based nutrition. Born on Nevis Island, she began her academic journey at Loma Linda University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics, laying the foundation for her illustrious 45-year career in nutrition. Brontie furthered her studies, obtaining Master’s degrees in Food Service Management and Food and Nutrition from New York University.
Throughout her career, Brontie held pivotal roles in the healthcare sector, including Head Dietitian, Director of Food and Nutrition Services, and Nutrition Consultant for the New York City Department for the Aging. Her contributions significantly improved dietary services and impacted numerous lives, promoting healthier lifestyles.
